The Cherupushpa Mission League(CML) is an organization which fosters and promotes the missionary mentality of God’s children. CML was formed in churches all over Kerala to pay tribute to Saint Therese of Lisieux, a Doctor of the Church. Saint Therese, also known as Saint of Little Flower was deeply devoted to God and prayer at a very young age. At age fifteen, Saint Therese entered the Carmelite religious order. As a Carmelite, St. Therese deeply prayed for all missions of the world. She is always remembered on mission Sunday. Nine years after she became a Carmelite sister, Therese died of a terrible bout and tuberculosis. One of the last things she said was the following: “I will spend my heaven doing good on earth.”
